If you can't use .zips, the only other option is to browse my photobucket album for the sprites you are looking for. Use the links on the right to enter the subfolders for the spritesheets.
Please note that when I update a zip, the URL for the zip changes. So if you post the links somewhere, like in a forum, eventually they will die. It may be best just to link to this blog (or even to this post) instead. I will keep the .zip URLs up-to-date here.
